Rooted in ancient principles and practices, reflexology works with points on the feet and hands to promote relaxation, improve sleep and relieve tension throughout the body. This treatment is based on the belief that certain zones correspond directly to organ and muscle health, using an application of pressure to increase an overall feeling of well-being.
