How long will my treatment be?

Your treatment time will depend on the time selected, this can range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Please ensure to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and allow a little time after for getting dressed and payment (or for a few minutes extra relaxation on the massage table!)

How do I book a treatment?

Booking a treatment is easy through my online booking system. Alternatively, you can reach out to me via email, phone or through my contact page.

For all first time clients, I will do a 10/15 minute telephone consultation before you come in, this will be arranged once your session has been booked.

Where do I go for my treatment?

My treatment room is based in The Lodge Hair & Beauty, Seaford, BN25 4LG. When you enter the building through the sliding glass doors you’ll find yourself in the lobby opposite the hair salon. I’ll come and collect you from here a few minutes before the treatment is due to start.

What will happen when I arrive for my treatment?

After collecting you from the lobby, we’ll go to my treatment room for a quick chat and confirmation of what you’re expecting from our session. I’ll confirm the techniques I’ll be using and make sure you’re happy with any essential oil blends I’ll be using during the treatment.

I’ll then leave the room to allow you to get undressed and lie down on the massage table. Different treatments require different levels of nudity. For example, if you require a full body massage you will need to remove all clothes except bottom underwear. However, if we’re working on your upper body or a treatment like reflexology, you’re more than welcome to remain partially clothed if it makes you more at ease.

How should I pay for my treatment?

Is there parking available?

Yes, while parking inside The Lodge is only for residents, there is plenty of street parking directly outside. Bear in mind we’re located near a few schools, so parking might be busier at certain times of the day.
