My Background
Complementary therapies are an integral part of my daily routine, both in my work and personal life. Whether it’s practising mindfulness with the aid of my aromatherapy blends or a nourishing yoga session, I’ve learnt the power of tuning into my body.
Where my passion for holistic therapies began
My journey towards seeking a harmonious balance in my body started in my first year of university. I developed ME/CFS, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. Around 3 years after my diagnosis, I started incorporating complimentary holistic therapies alongside my medical care. This was a complete turning point for me, improving my quality of life and giving me the confidence to manage my chronic condition. I discovered that balance in my body and mind was key to optimum health, and that I was now ready to share my holistic passion with others.
I’ve spent the last two decades learning and refining a range of holistic practices to provide comfort and chronic pain relief for my clients. During this time I’ve gained a number of qualifications from respected institutes across the UK (find a full list of my professional credentials a little further down the page.)
